Our Story
Khemeia is an independent jewelry project based in Milan. Each piece is produced in small batches using traditional jewelry techniques.
Khemeia was born from a love of symbols and stories. The name itself comes from an ancient word for “the art of fusion and transformation”.
Every Khemeia piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Honoring tradition and symbolism. We primarily work with 925 sterling silver and bronze, finishing selected pieces with a soft layer of 14K gold plating.
Each piece we create holds a story, a fragment of history. We are crafting to make something that feels personal, something you’ll reach out when you need a reminder, a little strength, or simply a bit of beauty that feels like your own.
Our first collection, Prehistoric, is inspired by the raw symbols and untouched beauty of the ancient world. We look back to our origins to reconnect with the deep ties between the past and the present. Each piece in this collection takes you to a time when jewelry wasn’t just decoration, but something sacred - an artifact of meaning and power
