Shipping
Each Khemeia piece is carefully handmade in our tiny home atelier, and every order is packed by hand with love and a bit of magic.
Each piece is individually made to order, and production can take up to 15 business days in our studio — especially for more intricate pieces.
Please note: Production time does not include shipping.
We do our best to fulfill your order within 1–2 working days, when the item is in stock. Some pieces are ready to ship right away, others may require more time — 2–4 weeks or even 6 weeks, depending on the design.
Please also note: Because of the nature of artisanal craftsmanship, our pieces may have tiny imperfections and unique peculiarities — they’re not flaws, but part of the final character and soul of each object.

Customs & Taxes
If you're ordering from outside the EU, your parcel may be subject to customs duties or local taxes. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be covered by the recipient.
I recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any additional charges that may apply.
Quick notes:
USA: Orders under the daily customs threshold may pass without fees.
Switzerland: Additional customs fees may apply.
UK: Orders may be subject to import duties after Brexit.

Returns
I truly hope you’ll love your Khemeia piece. But if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We are currently unable to cover the cost of returns, and would advise that you ship your items using a tracked service. When sending your return, please include the text “return shipment to origin” on the outside of the parcel to ensure the goods are not held in customs.
All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on earrings, according to best practice hygiene standards, nor do we accept returns of any made-to-order, bespoke or engraved pieces.
Since you are responsible for the condition of the products during the shipment back to us we recommend to secure the original Khemeia packaging inside another carton box to avoid any damage on the original Khemeia packaging or items. Khemeia reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.
If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email. Please note that Khemeia will not refund taxes, duties, and/or any additional charges that may occur for orders outside of EU.
How to initiate a return:
1. Contact us at hello@khemeia.it with the subject line “Return Request”.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. We will send you instructions for the return shipment.
Note:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
