To extend the life of your piece, avoid direct contact with liquids.
Store it separately, ideally in a soft pouch, to protect it from external elements.

Maintenance

Sterling silver may naturally darken over time. This is part of the material and can be easily refreshed.

Its shine can be gently restored with a polishing cloth.
If needed, the piece can be cleaned with water and mild soap, then dried thoroughly.

A polishing cloth is included for care.

Each piece is made by hand in our studio.

If it’s in stock, it usually ships within 1–2 working days. Some pieces take a bit longer, depending on the design and process

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

For orders outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply.

If something doesn’t feel right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items should be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.

Return shipping is covered by the customer. It’s best to use a tracked service.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the piece.
