For orders outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply.

If something doesn’t feel right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items should be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.

Return shipping is covered by the customer. It’s best to use a tracked service.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the piece.

To extend the life of your piece, avoid direct contact with liquids.
Store it separately, ideally in a soft pouch, to protect it from external elements.

Maintenance

Bronze has a warm, living tone that evolves over time. It may naturally darken or develop a soft patina. If desired, its original shine can be gently restored with a polishing cloth. For a deeper refresh, the piece can be gently cleaned with water and a mild soap, then dried thoroughly.
